In this vacancy, you will share the room with the HOST. The vacancy is ideal for those looking for a cheap place and intends to stay for a short period of time.
The apartment is on the ground floor in a small, quiet building with only nine apartments and an independent entrance. Quiet and family environment.
Located in Boqueirão, a neighborhood that stands out for its centralized position in the city, close to everything and for its excellent infrastructure. It is considered one of the best in Santos.
The district has general commerce, bakery, market, grocery, parking lot, restaurants, is 1.7 km from Boqueirão beach, very close to the VLT and the main avenues that give access to the buses, as well as bicycles to rent around the neighborhood.
In the vicinity of the AP, there are also 2 free fairs, 2 days a week.
It is very close to the Guilherme Álvaro hospital and the universities: UNISANTA, UNILUS, UNIMES, UNIP, UNISANTOS, FATEC, Unifesp etc.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, ceiling fan, small wardrobe, desk with chair and key to lock.
Eventually, if you're accompanied, you can add an extra mattress to the floor. However, it is necessary to check, by message, before booking for availability. But if you are alone, you will only share the room with the hostess. We will not accommodate anyone in the extra mattress.
The room is simple but very clean. I offer the bed linen, but it is necessary to bring the bath towels.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but well organized and functional. No visits are allowed. Smoking of any kind of substances is not allowed, nor burn incense inside the room. All outlets are 220v. We don't have 110v outlets.
Guest access
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private entrance in the building. It is a quiet building with only 9 apartments. The room is for shared use and has only 2 beds. Eventually, we can add a small mattress on the floor if you are accompanied, but you need to check with the host for availability. If you're alone, it'll just be one more person with you in the room. Remember, it's a WOMEN'S room. The kitchen, bathroom and service area are very clean and functional collective spaces and should be kept organized. The other rooms are not available for guest use.
Other things to note
* *ATTENTION:**
- NO SMOKING INSIDE the APARTMENT cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookahs, e-cigarettes, viper and other similar products or substances.
- We do not offer swimwear (towels) or toiletries, only bed linen, pillows and toilet paper.
- In the kitchen we leave the detergent, the sponge and the salt available. Meals should be practical and quick.
- Collective areas must remain organized so that everyone can use it in a functional way.
- As needed, the hostess maintains the bathroom clean every day, so it is always clean.
The electrical voltage (voltage) of the apartment is 220V. We don't have 110V outlets.
- In case of need to make the check in and check-out times more flexible, please arrange before by message. It is not possible to make the check-in and check-out times more flexible without prior arrangement.
- If necessary, it is possible to place a small mattress (178x66cm) on the floor for one more friend (for a fee), but it is necessary to arrange this with the host before booking.
- Pet is not allowed.
- No visits allowed.
