This centrally located accommodation in the old city center of Deventer is tastefully decorated. This spacious apartment (50m2) has the living room with kitchen downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs.

A 5-minute walk will take you to the IJssel, where you can cross the pedestrian ferry to the beautiful walking and cycling areas of Deventer and the surrounding area and where you can park for free at our Buitensociëteit/Bowling Center De Worp.

The apartment is located in Juffershof. This unique project (Winner 2024 of the Deventer Architecture Public Prize) is a transformation of the old library into 15 new apartments.

The adjacent part of the old library and the building from 1276 are still being converted into a museum in combination with catering and apartments and will be ready in 2026.
