Tucked away in the tranquil Blairgowrie area at the top of Seton Sands Holiday Village, Kielder Lodge is a stylish and spacious escape designed for rest, relaxation, and a touch of indulgence. Whether you're craving quiet moments or lively park activities, this retreat offers the best of both worlds.
🛏️ Sleep & Space This three-bedroom holiday home sleeps up to eight guests, including a sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, generous wardrobe space, and a private en-suite with a shower. Two twin rooms offer cozy single beds and storage, while a second bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
🍽️ Living & Dining The heart of the lodge is a bright, open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area that flows seamlessly onto a northwest-facing deck through double sliding patio doors. With distant sea views and a blend of sun and shade throughout the day, it’s an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.
🛋️ Lounge & Entertainment The lounge is flooded with natural light from large north-facing windows and features two freestanding sofas (one a sofa bed), a large-screen TV, DVD player, and integrated Bluetooth ceiling speakers for your favourite tunes. The dining area seats six comfortably around a spacious table.
🧺 What’s Included Kielder Lodge is equipped with full central heating, easily controlled from both the lounge and master bedroom. The kitchen comes fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, cookware, a full-size hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher (with tablets), and washing machine (with detergent). We also provide essentials to make your stay seamless:
Salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar
Toilet roll, kitchen roll, tea towels
Cotton-blend linen, 10.5 tog duvets, non-feather pillows
One bath towel per guest
🧸 Extras on Request For added comfort, we can provide mobility aids such as a shower stool, toilet frame, walker, or wheelchair. Families are welcome to request a high chair and travel cot.
The wraparound deck is ramp-accessible—ideal for wheelchairs and buggies—and features a lockable gate for added peace of mind when children are playing.

Guest access
Guests will have sole use of The Kielder Lodge. You will be given the opportunity to purchase Haven play passes for the duration of your stay, these will allow access to all site facilities. These include things like the swimming pool, entertainment venue, with live entertainment every night.
There is also activities available to book like craft sessions, sports sessions or exploring with the park rangers.
