This accommodation is family friendly with a nice backyard. It's situated between Old Montreal and Downtown Montreal which is pretty great. It's easier to commute from there if you have a car. This is a family home so I recommend it to responsible individuals. If you are in Montreal to party and know that you are unable to keep the place tidy then I would not recommend this for you. Lauren was away the entire weekend but we were able to be in touch through email and there was no problem while our stay there. It was a pleasant trip!

I'm originally from Montreal and I know the city well, so I was happy with the area and the house. Lauren was excellent at communicating and George the cat was adorable.

Lauren was a fantastic host. Her home is beautiful and very restful with all the amenities you could ever want. It is located in a nice quiet residential area with a cosy patio out back. We found it a perfect home from home.

We didn't get to see Lauren but she replied really quickly to our e-mails and let lots of usefull informations for us in the apartment. The place was nice for a family of five. We used the subway to go in town (Charlevoix Station is a ten-minute walk from the apartment). George, the cat, is adorable and kept us company. Overall our stay has been a great first airbnb experience!

Lauren was very responsive to all e-mails and helpful with any questions we had. Decent location with enough parking on the street but to get around the city you really need a car. Even though I'm not a cat person their cat was very friendly and cute. One downside was there was no a/c.

Response from Lauren:
Thanks for the feedback, Thomas. I'm surprised that you found you needed a car to get around! We rarely use ours for getting around in the city. :) I've added maps and more detailed Transit info to our House Manual so that it's easier for future guests!
