Casa Sonrisa is a beautifully designed, fully equipped vacation home created for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable stays. The residence features a spacious open-concept first floor, seamlessly blending the dining, living, and kitchen areas into one inviting space—perfect for gathering with family and friends.

The dining area comfortably seats eight, flowing into a stylish living space with two comfortable armchairs and a futon that converts into a bed for additional sleeping arrangements.
A beautiful coffee table anchors the seating area, creating a warm and functional atmosphere. Adjacent to the living space is the kitchen bar with seating for three, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. The fully stocked kitchen includes all essential cookware, modern appliances, and a dishwasher for added convenience. This level also offers a guest bathroom and a dedicated laundry room for longer, hassle-free stays.

The second floor features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own full private bathroom, providing comfort, privacy, and convenience for all guests.

At the top, the third-floor rooftop terrace is the highlight of Casa Sonrisa. This private outdoor oasis includes a refreshing pool, a dining area for four, a barbecue grill, a large round lounge, and an additional relaxing sun lounge—perfect for enjoying sunny days, evening cocktails, or quiet relaxation under the stars.

There are garage gates and front gate that opens with electronic lock using a code.
