We are very sorry concerning the issues we had with the washing machine. Indeed, we had to call the technician company in order to solve the issues. At the end the only problem was that there was not enough laundry inside, so it won't spin. You need to put at least 3kg of laundry inside, in order for the drum to spin. To be honest this is also something I was not aware of, so I apologise for the inconvenience and will make sure, that future guests are informed about it.
Furthermore, my sincere apology for the filthy floors. Cleanliness is our number one priority in all terms, therefore filthy floors are a no-go.
Thank you very much for bringing that up, as it enabled us to internally discuss it and make sure that immediate actions take place in order to maintain a perfectly clean apartment.
