Description

The space

The stone tower “Magical Sunset”, stands majestically on the hill of “Mikri Mantineia”, 10km southeast of Kalamata, in the province of Messenian Mani, built in a field full of olive trees, just across the famous pebble beach of Mikri Mantineia. It is the perfect combination of hospitality and tradition.
The tower consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a bathroom all traditionally decorated with rare artwork. An internal stone staircase leads to 2 spacious and bright bedrooms and a second bathroom, all furnished and decorated with a traditional style and it also has a wonderful garden. The distance from the beach is just 10 minutes on foot.
The colorful and refreshing garden with its lots of trees, vegetables and flowers, is ideal for relaxation or for reading your favorite book. There you can prepare meals with the vegetables available and cook at the barbecue.
The seaside settlement and the beach of Mikri mantineia is a popular tourist resort with coffee shops, bars and traditional taverns where you can enjoy local dishes in a friendly atmosphere.
The city of Kalamata is just a 10-minute drive away. There is also free private parking in the premises.
The sea, the olive fields, the graphic villages of Mani and the hospitality of the local people are just a few of the things that will make you fall in love with this place.
