Big private house in a calm area - good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, parties. Pets are allowed in the garden. Smoking is allowed outdoor.
The space
The house has 4 bedrooms, every bedroom has a private bathroom, WC and balcony. On the first floor is the common living space and fully equipped kitchen. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and the third floor is a studio with a living room area and a separate bedroom. All bedrooms are with twin beds and can host 2 guests. The living area on the third floor can be used as a sleeping area, with a comfortable sofa and can host two more guests. The house has a big yard and a barbecue area. The house is cleaned only with bio products and so very child friendly.
Guest access
If the whole house is rented - the guests have full access and can use all rooms. If only few of the bedrooms are rented, the not used bedrooms will be locked. The common space and the kitchen are available always.

During your stay
Our guests are always welcomed by me or my relatives and we always want to see our guest before they leave. In the meantime we leave the guests to their peace and quiet, unless they need anything. The guests can easy reach us by phone and we will be there in no time, or give more information on the phone if that is all the guests need.
