Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
Centrally-located, private holiday home with off street parking. Contemporary open plan living room with wood- burner, dining and kitchen area with access to outdoor patio. Adjacent to the entrance is the utility room with modern walk in shower. Ideal for washing off those sandy toes. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms with a shared balcony (1 king and 1 with twin beds). There is a large annex with a spacious bedroom and modern shower room which can be booked separately to accommodate a party of 6.

The space
The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms with the additional annex which can sleep a further 2 guests. There are two bedrooms (super king and twin) and a family bathroom upstairs. Both bedrooms lead to a sunny balcony. Downstairs there is a large utility/cloakroom with walk in shower, a large open plan sitting room with dining area and kitchen. There are glass doors to the sunny garden and even a wood burning stove for winter evenings.
The annex has a king sized bed with an en suite shower, perfect for extra guests.
The garden and cottage are hidden away behind large gates which gives plenty of privacy. However you are close to the beach and village shops.
This cottage is dog friendly. There is also room to park one small car.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever, Tilly. Together we look after a number of self catering properties on the Island. In Seaview, we have the Seaview Deli where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, souvenirs and a fabulous range of ice creams. I very much enjoy meeting new people and I love sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.
