Cozy, trendy and spacious one bedroom apartment, located a short walking distance from the colourful town of Santa Maria! Within close proximity to the beach (7minutes), this property is minutes away from the centre, surrounded by local shops, restaurants and nightlife/bars. Airport distance, 20 minutes car ride.
The space
Modern and stylish one bedroom apartment not far from central area. Spacious and cozy with an open-plan kitchen, large bedroom and living area, fully equipped to give the guests the confort they need on their stay. Balcony available.
Guest access
Full access to the entire property. We can acomodate comfortably 3 to 4 people.
After the second person , a charge of €20 per night applies for each person.
Children have to be supervised at all times!
There is a spare airbed available on request.
Other things to note
Sometimes issues can occur, such as a shortage in water supply due to increased consumption, electricity cuts, road works or any other repairs.
These situations happen very rarely and always managed by the local Cape Verde’s authorities .
