This nice studio is in the perfect spot between Central Square & Harvard Square. You’ll love my place because of it's location (easy access to Harvard, MIT, and Downtown). It's in a great neighborhood with nice walking and bicycling routes on every street, plenty of shops, bars/restaurants, parks, etc. You get natural sunlight in the apartment, and a nice kitchen despite it being a studio. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business folks accustomed to small/urban apartments.
Please keep in mind that this space still does not have cable. Working on it!
For Entry: To obtain the keys, there is a key lockbox installed on the white fence to the right of the house. You have to open the fence door and you'll see it is attached from the inside.
There are TWO lockboxes there. They look like metal thermoses. You are opening the one on the TOP. Open the plastic cover to turn the dials for the password. The password is FREE. Open the thermos, grab the keys, and close the thermos, and be sure to move the password around so it does not say FREE. To enter building, use one key to open the left-side door, then once you're inside, take stairs to the right to the third floor, and you are staying in apartment 12.
