Everyone will be able to spread out and enjoy themselves, and you're just minutes from all the action. Highland Yards right across the street has a multitude of options for coffee, shopping, and food.

Two separate homes, right next to each other. You will have both all to yourself. Private garage parking available.

**PLEASE NOTE: this townhome is next to an active train track, some noise from the train is to be expected. Do not leave children outside unattended in this area. We provide sound machines for light sleepers. Also, this home has a lot of stairs in it. We do not provide propane for the gas fireplace, but you can purchase at the grocery store down the street.
