Our 720sq ft midcentury vibe apt is fully equipped w/ kitchen, bath, 65" TV, queen bed, twin daybed w/ trundle - minutes to foodie heaven and hip, historic walkable shopping district of Rehoboth & Lewes Beaches ,tax free outlet shopping, State Parks, bike&hike trails.

The space
This 720 sq ft apt comes with a full kitchen : full sized sink, stove, oven, full size fridge and freezer, microwave, dishes, glasses , silverware, pots and pans., etc.,. The mid century vibe living area boasts a 65" TV, dining area, reading nook, and loads of natural light. A completely separate entrance with a keycoded lock will give you all the privacy needed. A comfy queen size bed will keep you refreshed for each new day. ( we have also added and twin day bed with a trundle bed as well ) All kitchen, bed and bath linens are supplied ; complimentary toiletries , coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee, tea and accompaniments ; complimentary welcome snacks, beverages in the mini fridge can be found in the apt as well. Ironing board, iron, and hairdryer are available in the apt.

Guest access
Guests will have access to an outdoor shower as well as the full indoor bathroom. It is wonderful to feel the sun beating down on you as you let the water wash away any sand taking up residence in your suit after a lovely stay on the beach. We do ask guests to wash away sandy residue here before heading up to the apt after a day at the ocean :)

Other things to note
Please feel free to ask about specific needs or desires that you may have and are not listed -we will do our best to accommodate and can easily obtain items for your stay such as beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys ,bikes, etc.,.
Checkout the Rehoboth Dewey and Lewes Chamber of commerce sites for event listings as well as Rehoboth for the newest and best specials in local restaurants.

Folks with hyper allergic reactions to dogs or cats may want to consider we do have pets at our home and when cleaning the space could leave traces of that behind. ;)

Whatever your interests we are in a fantastic centrally located area. Famous Dogfish head brewery with tours and tastings 6 days a week as well as their restaurants hosting local music minutes away are a must- Dewey Brewing Co, 🎉3rd Wave, Burley Oaks,🎉Forgotten Mile Ale House and Crooked Hammock are equally close and should be part of your visit if you enjoy the small micro brew experience. Nassau, Salted Vines and Harvest Ridge are a few of the local wineries we enjoy that host music and tasting events. We are minutes to Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches by car or bike.... Fit friends can easily walk it as well. The State Parks offer trails to hike, bike..... Walking with a basket allows you to pick fresh wild raspberries and blackberries along the trails that meander through the beaches, forests and waterways. If you are a water lover, paddle boarding, surfing and some of the best skim boarding on the east coast happens here. There is drive on access for 4 wheel drive vehicles at the State Parks..... pack a picnic complete with grill and stay for the day without having to lug anything. The local music as well as nationally acclaimed can be found performing at the restaurants and bars nearby almost every evening in season and weekends during the off season. Dover hosts the 4 day Firefly Music Festival in early June yearly- not to be missed !! Our little beach towns are a foodie heaven, bountiful 5 star restaurants for every palate and ethnicity can be found. Check out Heirloom, Agave, Nectar, Striper Bites and Big Oyster Brewery in Lewes. Henlopen Oyster House, Salt Air, Summerhouse, Big Fish Grill , Sazio, Cultured Pearl, Stingray and Nage all offer great food and dining experiences in Rehoboth. Farm living allows the area to host an abundance of locally foraged foods at restaurants and our Farmers Markets which are available Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sunday's during the season. Home to the annual Jazz Festival, Independent Film Festival, Sea Witch Festival, Apple Scrapple Festival ,& Pumpkin Chunkin Festival every Fall. We have activities 12 months a year!! See the Rehoboth, Lewes , Dewey, Milton, and Bethany Chamber websites for a Calendar of Events. We have fantastic Outlet Shopping Center that is tax free and boasts Northface, Columbia, Coach, Pandora, Alex and Annie, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors,Kate Spade, Vinyard Vine, Cole Haan to name just a few. The downtown areas hold small business events in the Fall, Winter and Spring where you can shop and sample complimentary apps, desserts and drinks supplied by local restaurants while you shop special deals from the merchants. You will want to see the Old Time Christmas Parades in Lewes and Rehoboth where themed floats abound and candy is strewn out to the little ones!
