Private room for rent in a luxury home in North York. This is a professionally designed, newly renovated beautiful home with 4 bedrooms.

- Key to lock the room.
-Large windows with ample natural light

Access to fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and laundry. Bathroom shared with 2 other guests. One guest only per room. Parking is not guaranteed, please inquire.

The space
The house is a 10 minute walk to Wilson subway station with a bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to coffee shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and parks. Several minutes drive to yorkdale shopping centre and close to major highways. This is a safe and quiet family neighborhood where there is easy access to uber and grocery delivery if needed. Public tennis courts are located in a park a 10-minute walk from the house.

The house is shared with 3 other airbnb guests that are staying for one month or longer (common bathroom and shower is shared with 2 of those guests). You have full access to a stocked kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, all common appliances, living room with large 85" TV, dining room, back yard with BBQ, laundry. Bathroom and shower are shared with 3 guests. Your fee includes a bi-weekly cleaner that cleans common areas. If you would like additional cleaning of your private room during your stay, please let us know.

Parking may or may not be available, please inquire prior to booking if you require parking.

Other things to note
Please note that laundry schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday 9am-10pm
Saturday and Sunday from 10am- 10pm

Please refrain from doing laundry on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need an exception to this schedule, please let us know. Also please note that the cleaner will need to do laundry on whatever day she may be at the house, so she will have exception to this schedule
