Surrounded by trees and fresh air, it’s the perfect place to relax and reconnect. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, swim or paddle nearby, and unwind under the stars after a day exploring Muskoka. Ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers.

The space
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Guests will also find dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

The bathroom has been fully renovated and includes a shower.

The cozy living room features a sofa and three chairs, making it a comfortable space for reading, watching television or movies, entertaining, or simply relaxing. The cottage also includes Wi-Fi and a DVD player.

There are three bedrooms in the main cottage and one bedroom in the bunkie. The master bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The charming outdoor bunkie can accommodate two additional guests.

One little Muskoka disclaimer—being surrounded by forests and lakes means we’re also surrounded by nature’s tiniest residents! Depending on the weather and time of day, you may encounter mosquitoes, black flies (mainly in late spring), and the occasional deer fly. We recommend using bug spray, especially if you’re out around dawn or dusk.

You may also notice the occasional spider or insect around the exterior of the cottage. We do our best to keep everything maintained, but in cottage country they’re simply part of the natural environment. Most are completely harmless, and a little bug spray goes a long way toward making your time outdoors even more enjoyable.

The beautiful sunsets, fresh air, and incredible wildlife definitely make it worth it!

Guest access
Guests have access to the main cottage, a charming and cozy bunkie that serves as a fourth bedroom for additional guests, the dock, and a variety of non-motorized watercraft including a canoe, two kayaks, and a paddle boat. Life jackets are also provided for your safety and enjoyment on the water.

Location
By road, the cottage is centrally located within 15 minutes of both Huntsville and Bracebridge. You are also just minutes from the quaint town of Port Sydney, where you’ll find a popular local beach, park, and general store.

Garbage & Recycling
All garbage must be removed at check-out. Local collection day is Thursday at 7:00 AM. Please place trash and recycling at the road in the containers provided. Any additional garbage must be taken with you upon departure. Bags provided inside cottage.
