The culture of the Bretagne region is everywhere, since many Bretons emigrated in the early 20th century and arrived at the Montparnasse train station (rue de Rennes is named after the capital of Bretagne)

•the arthouse Cinema L’Arlequin (76 Rue de Rennes) with many great films – 4 minutes
•the lively Lucernaire for a mix of cinema, theatre, bookshop, bar and restaurant (53 rue Notre-Dame des Champs) – 12 minutes

Museums
. If there is on museum you should visit: Musée d’Orsay, the former train station in the center of Paris, mainly dedicated to 19th century painters (1 rue de la Légion d’Honneur) - 14 minute walk
. The Musée du Luxembourg (in the Senate building) shows various exhibitions of great quality (19 Rue de Vaugirard) – 10 minute walk
. on the other side of the Seine river (metro station Concorde), 2 museums are especially interesting: the Jeu de Paume for photography and modern art & L’Orangerie for the French Impressionist painters (25 minute walk)
. for sculpture, the Musée Rodin (79 rue de Varenne) is a must see, with a lovely garden and great works of sculptors Auguste Rodin and Camille Claudel – 13 minute walk
