Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.

The building features fantastic swimming pools for both adults and children to enjoy. Please note that pool access is available for an additional fee.

In case you’ll be needing a parking space during your stay with us, here are the parking options available:

Rate: 500/night

-Valid only for your entire stay (check in to out date and time)
-Please inform us 3 days before check in if you’re opting for this arrangemnt.
-Send OR/CR of your vehicle in advance to prepare Guest Autorization Form (GAF)
-Pay in advance before we process GAF
-Early use/extensions subject to availability

➡️ OPTION 2: Paid Parking infront of Tower 1

Rates:
For Vehicles:
- P50 for the first 4 hours
- P50 for every succeeding hour

For Motorcycles:
- P10 for up to 15 minutes
- P50 flat rate (from 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM)

Overnight Charges (1:30 AM - 6:00 AM):
- P300 + regular parking rates
