this RV does come with a built-in wall mounted space heater as shown in photos. I also purchase an additional space heater which is seated right beside the wall mounted heater. Sharon book the RV and admittedly did not read the listing at all. The listing clearly states cold water only and Sharon book it anyway. Secondly Sharon booked the RV in the middle of winter without asking any questions about Heating nor did she look at the extended forecast on the news. When she checked in the temperatures were upper 70s or 80s Fahrenheit and a day or two later the temperature dropped to 50F then to 30F and she was not prepared. third link, once there I have text messages where I offered Sharon two additional space heaters that I would purchase the same day and she declined them more than once stating later that she had a propane heater from her sister and did not need the heaters I offer to bring to her. fourth issue but not final was that I offered an abundance of additional blankets from my attic and another rental but she declined them as well but I still brought over to big heavy blankets too hard doorstep for her and the kids. 5th point, I offered Sharon and her family to stay at no additional charge in my 3 bedroom rental property to have Heating and hot showers everyday and Sharon again declined. She did come one day to take one shower but text message after text message who she refused all help I offered during her stay. She was very polite to me the entire time and also on text message States she would use the built-in heater when she arrived at the house or (Hidden by Airbnb) instructions for it if she didn't know how to use it. there were two bits in the bedroom but Sharon chose to have her daughter sleep on the dining room table which doubles as an extra bed and her son on the futon. She spent all day with family and return to the RV late at night to be reminded that she declined heaters blankets and a free state in the house and then decided to give me a bad review because of her bad decisions. Very nice person face-to-face but very disingenuous as there was a lot of double talk but I have all of her declines on text message. I was extremely accommodating offering everything but the kitchen sink only turned down for every single thing. On text message Sharon wrote, "I should have just let you do your job." I've written a very straightforward and honest listing description and do not take responsibility if the guest chooses not to read it and books anyway. The information is there for all to see publicly but if you choose to book a venue without hot water then you should be prepared to make do with what you have. I even have a contactor to come service the RV on Thanksgiving morning for Sharon but she had told him to check out early on her own without knowing it and avoided me by leaving the key under the mat at the back door. If she had discussed this with me prior she could have enjoyed the RV with plenty of heaters, blankets and hot water or got to pay the remainder of her stay in a three bedroom house for free. in essence don't book a smoking room if you're a non-smoker then write a bad review saying the room smelled of smoke. Sharon had the choice to choose an accommodation with all of the amenities she needed but to save money she chose the accommodation which clearly stated up front which amenities were and were not included.

**I no longer recommend this guest. She's dishonest.** Very simple. I initially gave Hannah a favorable review because we only had a 5 minute conversation Maximum where I gave her directions to the property. The only other topics of conversation were me telling her she had to pay for her additional guest and giving her instructions on what was in the RV and how to use the AC so it's quite shocking to read now that she was lost four hours and I was rude. She failed to read the listing which clearly stated no gas and frig not working which she said was perfect because they would be at a conference all day that weekend and only in the RV to sleep. If anything Hannah said were true we would have contacted Airbnb that night to cancel the reservation but she didn't have 1 complaint. She was dishonest and tried to sneak her friend in without paying and was upset that I contacted Airbnb to charge her for the additional guests. The nightly rental was only about $15 and she still tried to cheat and not pay for her guests. I could have cancelled her reservation then but instead I asked her to just pay the extra online posted fee and she did promptly. We never spoke again until checkout when i asked was she checking out at 11am and she texted she had already left without even notifying me. Since we hadn't had any more communication I didn't see a reason to mention her showing up after 10pm cutoff nor refusing to enter the assigned gate after specific instructions. An 100% I mentioned the frig and gas not being connected as it's posted on Airbnb. I wasnt late because they checked themselves in we were not there that night. They arrived late without calling to change their check-in time. I never gave her a wrong address. Why would I? She was late and got lost and had an attitude because she was busted bringing in extra guests. Simple. Drama. I no longer recommend this guest. Hanbag is very Dishonest and only trying to get something for free.
