This very special home is set on five acres at the end of a private lane. Private and secluded with commanding views to the east and west surrounded by 90 undeveloped acres, a four mile loop trail through forest and orchards is just footsteps out the door.
There is a large heated pool; hot tub and gas grill with plenty of deck and lawn for lounging. Mature landscaping surrounds the house and pool. There are also fruit trees and a vegetable garden.
Inside this house are three large bedrooms, master with King bed and bathroom. one with a single and queen beds, the third with a queen bed. Large 400 sq foot rec. room with ping pong table and fold out sofa bed. Step down a level to the large poolside compound with hot tub and sleeping cabin with twin bed. Modern fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. This place has the feel of a tree house.
The kitchen has big windows and fully featured with modern appliances. This is a very quiet and peaceful place, you probably won't feel like leaving once you arrive.
The charming town of Sebastopol is just four minutes away with gourmet grocers, a farmers market and a plethora of interesting activities and shops. Bodega Bay and the spectacular Sonoma Coast is just a 15 minute drive. No smoking allowed.

We live in the house most of the year and are making it available while we are on vacation. Three cats live here. Normally they are in and out of the house but will stay out when visitors are here.
