Our lovely house nestled in the heart of the pine forest on an estate with a swimming pool (open and heated to 27°C from mid-May to mid-September) awaits you for your family holiday.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, 2 toilets, a bathroom and a shower room.

By bike, you are 10 minutes from the ocean and 15 minutes from the lake.

The estate includes an equipped aquatic area, a playground, ping pong tables and a basketball court.

The space
The 54m2 house has been fully renovated and is equipped so that you feel "like home".

The ground floor consists of an entrance, a bathroom with shower and wc, the living room and equipped kitchen that overlook the terrace, the garden, the pine trees!

Upstairs you will find:
- the master bedroom (160 bed) and its balcony,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds in which a travel cot can be installed (on request),
-a small bedroom with a bunk bed,
-a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

For children, a travel cot and a high chair, as well as books and games, are already provided.

Outside, the garden furniture and a plancha are at your disposal for your meals.

We provide our guests with 2 adult bicycles, 2 surfboards and table tennis bats. A Bicy Cool bike rental is located on the Domaine.

The house has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
For coffee you will have the choice between a French press and a Dolce gusto ☕🥐
Tea kettle and teapot are also provided for tea lovers.

But there's no shortage of outdoor activities and games for all ages!

The Lacanau golf course and the Lardilouse stadium, with tennis and padel courts, are within walking distance.
