A fully contained and self catered property with private access, along with a patio area and garden which is part of the neighboring house. Meols has a train station (direct trains to Liverpool City Centre in 20mins), several local amenity shops which includes a pharmacy. The property is 0.2 miles from the beach which is located at the top of the road. With lovely views out on to the Irish Sea and the Lancashire coastline on one side and the Welsh mountains on the other.

A modern space, with private access and access to the garden. With a modern bathroom and kitchen. Along with a double bedroom, we can also add a single bed if required. The proprty is located close to numerous golf courses, Liverpool city centre and country parks and beaches.

We also have bikes which can be provided on request, fantastic for admiring the beach at the top of the road. As well as cycling along the Wirral way.

Was just what I was looking for, clean, private. Beautiful added luxury like food and toiletries, even a couple of beers for arrival! Such lovely hosts, helpful friendly and accommodating. Would defiantly recommend to anyone in the future. I will be back! Thanks Grace and family.

Very nice private apartment in a lovely location. It is exceptionally clean and well kept with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Great for walks along the sea front only a few minutes from the house. We appreciated the thoughtful supplies that were there for us upon arrival (milk, coffee, tea, bread, cereal, fruit etc.) We will certainly be back if the opportunity arises. Thank you again Grace.

I needed to spend a few days on the Wirral with my partner and daughter for a funeral and a family gathering and the Annexe was perfectly suited to our needs. It is located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the River Dee, Meols railway station and a scattering of useful shops. It has ample parking, a lovely garden, and is very peaceful. Grace's mother Anne met us on arrival and had already put the kettle on! We found a tray with snacks and fruit, and breakfast ingredients were supplied. The Annexe is spacious, very clean and bright with large sofas and lovely furnishings. The kitchen area has everything you need, and the bathroom is very modern. There is a useful collection of books and DVDs, plus information on the local area. The beds are very comfortable. We were grateful for the peaceful location.

Anne, the mother of Grace, has welcomed us warmly. She even provided us breakfast and snacks for the coming days. From our apartment we were able to experience the vibrant Liverpool and at the same time to relax during extended beach walks on the Wirral peninsula. Thank you!

Really nice place to stay, close to the promenade, the Meols train station and a short walk to Hoylake. Everything you would hope to find in your own house you will find here. I didn't have the opportunity to meet grace but was made to feel very welcome by her parents. They went so far to provide a home cooked meal after I arrived late due to flight delays. Happy to recommend and hope to stay again next im back.

An excellent experience. The flat is adjacent to the main house. Excellent value for money, everything was clean and comfortable and worked well. Good strong shower, nice bed, little kitchen where I could prep food for my girlfriend before the wedding we were going to as she is celiac. Oh and the location is handy for the motorway and the promenade. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.
