The space
The house is a two bedroomed single fronted blue stone house comprising of 4 main rooms. 2 bed rooms, lounge , separate kitchen and bathroom. There is also a separate laundry and rear court yard. Lots of original features. Including wooden floor boards and high ceilings. BR #1 has a double bed with built in wardrobes. BR #2 has a queen bed. A full kitchen with all you need to cook up a storm. Reverse cycle A/C in the living room and evaporative cooling in the hall and bedrooms. Oil heaters for the bedrooms are also provided in the winter months. The fireplaces are decorative only. Tv with regular digital tv stations as well Wifi. NON SMOKING HOUSE!!

PARKING
Off street parking available on request prior to your arrival. the parking space is accessible from the rear Laneway. 4.5m wide by x 2.1m high. It's a fairly quiet street. There is also plenty of street parking available. There is a free 2hr Parking limit Monday to Friday 9am-4pm. There are no time limits outside these hours. No parking restrictions on the weekends. There is also un-limited free parking around the corner.i
