The apartment was clean and Catherine was a wonderful host; she responded quickly to our questions. There was cool artwork on the walls. The apartment had many nice amenities such as a coffee machine, washer and dryer, etc. The wifi was slow but got the job done. However, a couple words of warning. The closet bedroom was extremely small; there was about a foot of space between the two beds in the room. I would not recommend that two people stay in that room. Furthermore, there are currently no outlets in the room, so it is tough to charge appliances. I had to run a wire from the main bedroom underneath the closet door so that I could charge my phone and use it as an alarm. There was no clock in that room that I could use as an alarm. Catherine should remove a bed from the closet (as it is much too small to fit two people) and should make it feel more like a bedroom. All beds were uncomfortable, wobbly, and soft, unfortunately; it would be great for Catherine to buy some new beds. The building the apartment is in is quite ugly relative to the other nice buildings on the block. There are no windows to the outdoors; there are only windows to a grey corridor that gets an extremely small amount of sun. This didn't bother us too much as we didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it could potentially bother someone else. I would recommend at most 5 people stay at the apartment; one person in the closet bedroom, two people on the bed in the main bedroom, and two people on the pull-out bed. There isn't much room beyond that. Note that all spaces are connected; you won't get too much privacy. Overall, a solid place to stay if you are going to the convention center, but the walk to the french quarter is pretty far (about 25 minutes, 1.5 miles), so take that into consideration. I had a great time while I was here, and I'd like to thank Catherine for being so helpful and such a kind host.

Catherine had great communication with easy checking in/out instructions. The location is absolutely perfect if attending an event at the convention center (10 minute walk). The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Bourbon Street is a quick uber ride. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Catherine was very responsive to a smoke alarm that needed a battery and showed up the next day to change it out.
