Latitude 52 is a landmark building situated about 1 mile from the City Centre, and right opposite Devonport Dockyard. There is plenty of free on street parking, and it is adjacent to numerous bus routes, Devonport Stn, the A38 and the Torpoint ferry.
Latitude 52 was previously a sailors rest, where seamen would pay a few shillings to have the luxury of a bedroom and a hot shower instead of sleeping on board. Now it is home to 100 contemporary apartments based around a communal central atrium.
A 2nd floor West facing contemporary apartment with views over the dockyard and the river Tamar beyond.
There's a comfy double bed with memory foam mattress, a well appointed open plan kitchen / living room.
There's the added benefit of a Sonos sound dock, Nespresso coffee machine, LED TV and DVD player, mains power shower, and a washer dryer.
The entire place is yours to enjoy, I can buzz you into the building remotely via my mobile phone, and a key safe is on the property door.
Interaction with guests
I live in the same building so am normally around to lend you a cup of sugar, or provide you with any extra information required about the area.
Failing that, my phone is never off!
Other things to note
Latitude 52 is a residential building, so please can we request that you don't make too much noise to keep the neighbours happy :-)
Please leave the property as you found it... we do NOT charge a cleaning fee like many other Airbnb listings do (as we don't think it's fair - you wouldn't pay to clean a hotel room would you?) So we just ask that you leave everything as you found it - washing up clean and put away, rubbish thrown in the bin, towels left in bath etc. Of course, we don't expect you to strip the bed.
If you don't want the fuss of this, please ask and we can arrange for a cleaner. Thank You :-)

Friendly down to earth guy who is obsessed with property and architecture. I love anything unusual and quirky.
I have over 10 years holiday Letting experience offering places to stay that are exactly as I'd want a place to be when I stay elsewhere.
I am originally from South London, and moved to Devon in 2005, I have no plans to go back :-)
