Description

The space

The communal exteriors feature a chlorine, 2pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.7 m and a children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. Both are open from the week before Easter until October and are illuminated until 23:00h. There's a paddle court which you can use daily for one hour. Please bring your own balls and racquets. This beautiful apartment has a private, 15 m2 terrace overlooking the Mediterranean where you will be able to start your day having a large breakfast.

The ample sitting-dining room is a nice corner to relax after a day full of activities. Sometimes, you may prefer to stay at home and cook up a delicious meal for your loved ones. In the fully-equipped kitchen you'll find everything you may need to cook your favourite plates. Additionally, there is a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. Ideal for eight guests, this nice accommodation offers a double bedroom and three bedrooms with two single beds each, all fitted with wardrobe, fan for the summer an electric radiator for the winter. We can supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. There are two bathrooms with bath tub and bidet.

The pool is open from the week before Easter until the 30th of September, from 10:00h to 15:00h and from 17:00h to 23:00h.

The neighbourhood

In Playa de Gandia you can relax on the beach or practise sports; and so you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas, play beach-volleyball, practise water sports or take a stroll along the seafront with bars, cafés and restaurants.

The picturesque old town of Gandia is famous for its excellent restaurants and many interesting monuments like the the Ducal Palace, the nice town hall or the Convent of Santa Clara. The Ducal Palace dated back to the XIV century was the first seat of the Duke of Gandia. If you like to be in the nature, you could visit the Parpalló Cave, located in the Mondúver mountains, is an interesting prehistoric site, where cave paintings have been found.

Séjour d abord aucune relation avec Angela à moins que celle ci soit une boîte à lettre munie d un code ds laquelle J ai du récupérer mes cles (code erroné de plus transmis pas une agence de location avec laquelle J ai du traiter pour mon sejour) Le séjour commence mal car il a fallu apelle le numéro d urgence pour ouvrir la boîte à lettre et récupérer les clés de l appartement. Appartement contenant 4 petits chauffages d appoint avec des prises non conforme. Donc difficultés pour les brancher (heureusement ns avions amener des multoprises de chez nous)mais lorsqu on branche plusieurs appareil (2 chauffage et lumiere) les plombs sautent et plus d électricité ds l appartement. La literie. ..parlons en. .J ai des photos à l appui si vs voulez. Lit avec les lattes cassées ou trop petites donc on dort à moitié par terre... Le cumulus de 50 litres pour une location de 8 personnes. .soir 2 douches de 5minutes et les autres ont de l eau froide (période de location étant pendant les fêtes de fin d année ) Les ampoules de la salle de bain grillées à notre arrivée. . La cafetière des année 70! Nous avons du amener nos couettes et couverture de chez nous tellement il faisait froid. Je ne pensais pas que airb&b était gérer par des agence de pensais que c était un échange entre des gens afin de faire des rencontres et profiter un maximum du séjour. Séjour très regrettable surtout que nous avions réserver un autre appartement 1 mois et demi avant la date prévu et la même agence de location nous a changé 15 jours avant notre arrivée pour celui ci. .prétextant un dégât des eaux Je ne conseille pas du tout cette location ..C est honteux et irrespectueux de mettre à la location un appartement avec si peu de commodités. . C EST VRAIMENT UNE HONTE ET DU FOUTAGE DE GUEULE DE PROPOSER UN TEL APPAREMMENT À LA LOCATION.
