Newly renovated apartment in a small stone house, located under Marjan Park Forest two minutes from the Riva (main promenade street along the shore) and Diocletian’s Palace, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The apartment is located on the first floor and it is one of the few that offers privacy and tranquility in the heart of the city .
In front of the house, on the southern side, there is a decorated garden cca 350 m2 where guests can relax and enjoy in a beautiful environment.

Apartment is located in elite part of town called Meje, with many private houses, green areas, sea, and easy acces to the old town, everything in short walking area.
On the nort side is beautiful Park forest Marjan where you can enjoy in walk, beautiful view over the town and islands , also sport activities (there are stairs only 100 meters down the street from where you can walk to Marjan), on the other side is Adriatic sea and promenade that we call Zapadna obala (west coast) with nice bars and perfect pizzeria and restaurants, and in few minutes you are in the old town, so you want be needing car while you are our guests!
