Our holiday home can be rented for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights at weekends (from Friday evening to Sunday morning) and for a minimum of 5 consecutive nights during the week.
During the summer period of July–August, the property can only be rented for a minimum of 5 consecutive nights.
From the beginning of November to the end of March, the house can only be rented for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights.
The neighbourhood in which our house is located is a fairly quiet residential area, and it is preferable not to make too much noise so as not to disturb the neighbours... A stay that is too noisy and too festive would very quickly attract the municipal police! Thank you for your understanding.
The pool is not heated outside the summer period (the heat pump is therefore not activated), in order to avoid any unnecessary electricity costs and for ecological reasons. More specifically, the heat pump is activated from around mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather conditions at the time; for example, if the night-time temperatures are too low, the pump will not work, but it will still be possible to swim at "ambient" temperature.
The price shown does not include linen: sheets and bath towels can be rented or brought by the guest. In the latter case, remember to bring bath mats for when you step out of the shower. The rental prices for linen are available from the concierge service "IO Conciergerie", which manages the check-in and check-out of guests.
The total rental price includes the tourist tax and a full clean at the end of the stay (carried out by a specialised company); however, tenants are still asked to carry out a minimum clean of certain parts of the house at the end of their stay: cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. (a detailed description of this "minimum clean" will be provided to tenants).
