The space
Niki Luxury Suite no2 is an independent and luxurious 50 m² home, part of the Niki Luxury Suites Complex, which includes four residences (No1, No2, No3, No4) sharing a swimming pool. This modern space combines contemporary style and comfort, comfortably accommodating up to four guests with one double bedroom and two additional sleeping spaces on comfortable sofa beds in the living room.

The suite features an open-plan layout with a cozy living area that includes two sofas, a coffee table, and a 43” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, modern appliances, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and a bedroom with a double bed featuring an anatomical mattress, high-quality linens, and ample wardrobe space. The sleek bathroom has a shower, while the living room sofas convert into single beds measuring 0.90 m × 2.00 m.

Guests enjoy access to the shared swimming pool (48 m² with a depth of 1.40 m), the spacious outdoor areas with large terraces and sun loungers—perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying breathtaking sea views and sunsets. The fenced and secure grounds make it an excellent choice for families with children.
