Location! This flat is really well situated with lots in walking distance while being a bit of the tourists' beaten path. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing us around and giving us dining recommendations that worked with my partner's allergies.

Jason's flat was a great option to explore London. It is centric and close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. I definitely recommend it.

I stayed in Jason’s apartment with a friend for two nights. The apartment was really pleasant, super clean and cosy and in a good location (right in front of Tate Modern). Jason is a great host; the communication with him was really good. He answered to all my messages very quickly and showed himself available to anything we needed. I will definitely consider staying again in Jason’s apartment if I ever go back to London.

During the check in process, Jason was incredibly rude which put a damper on the entire stay. The second bed is a cot that barely fits in the apartment, the front door jammed and locked us inside so I had to climb through a window to get out. Overall this was not a great stay and the host should work out a self-check in process if he's going to make hosting seem like such an inconvenience to his life.

Response from Jason:
My apologies for any inconvenience that you incurred during your stay. The faulty lock was immediately replaced upon my return to the flat. The foldaway bed (second bed) is a Jay-Be Folding single guest bed with a pocket sprung mattress (Size of bed W cm). My listing check in arrangements are for after 5 pm and unfortunately due to other commitments my ability to be flexible with this time is very limited. I understand that self check in can allow more flexibility however an in person key exchange allows me to welcome guests and answer any questions regarding the flat and the local area. I'm truly sorry you had an unpleasant experience as I take pride in providing a positive and memorable experience as past reviews can attest.

Cosy apartment in the best area ever. 1 minute far from the Tate Modern and 10 minutes walking from the Shard. Jason is also really nice and kind. I really suggest this place to everyone

The location of this flat is great and both the bed and fold out bed were v comfy. However we found it rather tired, a few years since the photos I think and has v basic facilities. Also there are fairly major issues with the bathroom. Its a shame as could be fantastic after some maintenance.

Response from Jason:
The bathroom issues have been sorted. The shower has been totally remodeled!

The main reason we chose this flat was the location, which was perfect for us. Compared to a similar priced hotel room, it was much better value, offering living space in addition to somewhere to sleep. Our host was friendly and explained how everything worked very well. The flat is cosy with a comfortable sofa and decent TV. Good restaurants and food shops nearby.

Hello!! As a teacher for over ten years having my summers off, I have a passion for travel. I know what I look for in places to rest my head and that's one reason I know that my flat is perfect for just about any occasion! If you love the culture and sights that only a European city can offer like I do, you will love the location of my flat.
