Security Cameras on Property
For your safety and the security of the property, we have two exterior security cameras installed:
• One is located at the main entrance of the home.
• The other is positioned to monitor the pool area and backyard.
These cameras are used solely for security purposes and are not monitored in real-time unless an incident occurs.
Tampering with, covering, or disabling the cameras in any way is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of house rules, which may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property.
Transportation Help
If you need a taxi or Uber during your stay, we have a trusted local contact we can share with you. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide their number and help coordinate a ride if needed.

Guests have access to the following areas during their stay:
• The pool house, including the living area and bathroom
• The private pool and pool lounge area
• The first-floor outdoor space and backyard
• The Puerto Rican flag staircase
• Free Wi-Fi and free parking on the property

• The indoor projector is available for guest use
• Access to the upstairs/main house is not permitted,

• Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM
• If early check-in becomes available, I’ll notify you!
• Main House Access: The upstairs/main house is private and not accessible unless previously approved.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No Stove.
• Pool Safety: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No glass,Eating near the pool. No diving
• No Parties or Events: Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
• No Smoking.
• No Pets or Animals: Due to severe allergies, we do not allow pets, emotional support animals. If you travel with a service animal, please contact me before booking so I can help find a safe, suitable accommodation alternative.
• There is randoms outdoor Cats and Chickens roaming the Property (please don’t not feed.)
• Power Outages: At this time, we do not have a generator, but we do provide emergency light bulbs that will automatically turn on in case of a power outage. This is a common occurrence on the island, and we’ve taken steps to ensure you remain safe and comfortable if it happens.
Please Note: The main house is currently undergoing remodeling in the Main House , but it will not interfere with your space or experience. All guest areas—including the pool house, pool, and backyard—are fully complete, private, and ready for your enjoyment.
