Before making a booking, here are some additional details to take note of:
- Please note that there is construction located nearby the villa. This may cause construction noise during the day, and we offer a special discount from the base price, which has already been applied.
- Check-in time starts at 15:00. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
- A security deposit, known as a bond, is required from guests. This deposit should be prepared and handed over to the villa manager upon check-in. The security deposit serves to cover any potential damages or losses that may occur during your stay. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages or losses detected. The amount of the security deposit will be informed in the message.
- Check-out time is a maximum of 12:00. Late check-out may be charged an extra fee, and it is based on availability.
- If you have any special requests, please inquire and communicate them in advance. This will allow us to make the necessary preparations and ensure your needs are met during your stay.
