Nice place and great location. James is very nice and helpful in every way possible. The place should have been cleaner than it was.

James is a very friendly host and he replies in short time. The unit was a little dusty when we got it and he has a lot of personal items around. Other than that it was a good experience.

I didn't get the opportunity to meet James in person, but he really seems like a great guy. We kept a good communication throughout my stay. Great location and stunning view of DTLA skyline. Would definitely stay again.

James was a great host. Although we never met in person but we've kept a great communication throughout my trip. The check in and checkout processes went very smoothly. Great apartment and great location. I would definitely recommend his apartment for future visitors to LA.

I'm a hardworking, self-motivated entrepreneur. I own two small businesses: one is a CrossFit gym in Diamond Bar and I also wholesale and distribute building materials from a warehouse in Los Angeles. I'm a former United States Marine and a UCLA alumnus.

I'm easy-going, can delve in to a serious conversation very quickly with anyone, and love solving problems. I'm quick to forgive and always open to new ideas!

5 things I can't live without: Family, friends, a good book, a good conversation, and a shady spot to lie down and enjoy the scenary!

My style of travel is meeting and getting to know locals first, sight-seeing a distant second. It's the people that make a place what it is, whether I'm traveling in Asia, South America, Europe, or the United States, and I'm extremely respectful of anyone gracious enough to host me!
