Other things to note
The flat is on the fifth floor and has no elevator and no balcony. Of course I am happy to help you carry your luggage!
In peaks of summer it does get fairly warm in the flat. But as the flat has windows on both opposite sides of the building it is easy to get the air moving. I also provide ventilators in the peak of summer. Up to now guests have been fine and never complained about this.
Prices for weekly and monthly stays are discounted as indicated in the listing.
You are not allowed to bring pets or smoke inside the apartment.
During the week the house rules demand to keep silent (meaning not to have loud music or party) after 10pm and at the weekend this applies after midnight.
Please do not store luggage, trash or anything in front of the flat door, please respect the neighbors who permanently live in the house and do not make noise in the stair case.

My name is Fritz, I rent my own apartment while I travel for business or leisure.
I am German by origin, I have worked in renewable energy for several years and currently I take some time off for orientation and in August 2015 became a certified Yoga teacher.
I like to spend my free time climbing, mountaineering, doing Yoga and being outdoors, cooking and eating :) I have traveled and lived abroad for several years. I am globally thinking, open-minded and curious to meet new people and discover new places.
My intention here at Airbnb is to provide travelers from around the globe a cozy home base which allows you to relax, cook and have a central starting point for your activities. From my own experience I know how much better it is to have a fully furnished flat to stay at instead of staying in sterile hotel rooms. As AirBnB host my aim is to make my guests truly feel at home in my apartment. I am also happy to show my guests around the neighborhood and city or to meet up for some exchange while having a drink or meal if you are interested. In case you are interested in yoga lessons - I am a certified teacher and I offer privates and group classes.
