About this listing
This 1920s charmer is just a few short blocks from the bustling 30th Street corridor. Enjoy delectable restaurants, sudsy breweries, buzzing coffee shops, and more! Morley Field sports complex is a short walk with tennis, disc golf, community pool, softball fields, and plenty of grass for picnics. The world famous San Diego Zoo is a long walk or a short drive. Also in close proximity is the Gaslamp District, Convention Center, Seaport Village, Sea World, and beaches.
I hope you find the space casual, comfortable & clean. The open kitchen is brand new and features a large island with a prep sink and bar seating, a coffee maker, bean grinder, dishwasher, & lots of natural light. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils, small appliances, bar ware, etc. If you plan to do any cooking during your stay, the recently renovated kitchen will not disappoint.
The living room has board games, flat screen TV above the fireplace where you can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. through the Apple TV. The master bedroom has an air filter I use as a white noise machine, and will contribute to a great night's sleep. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom with direct access to the backyard. The third bedroom is detached from the main house, steps away in the backyard carriage house. This room has skylights and a view of the pool. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Off the deck in the utility shed is located the washer/dryer. Enjoy some music through the outdoor speakers as you grill dinner. Comfortable rocker and lounge chairs surround the pool and spa.
I hope you enjoy the Craftsman's charm with contemporary updates!
You will have full access to the house, carriage house, and backyard.
Interaction with guests
I rent out my entire home (which is my primary residence). When I am in town I enjoy personally checking you in and showing you my home. When I am traveling, there will be instructions on how to access the home via a lock box. Regardless of the check-in process, I will be available for questions by text/phone.
Other things to note
Because it is my primary residence, I have about everything you could possibly need in my home during your stay. This also means that my personal items will remain in some closets and drawers. I ask that you respect my things and my neighbors - especially since I have to live next to them permanently. A few cabinets will also be locked. These are off-limits to guests. Please do not tamper with them.
