This newly remodeled house in Cloquet MN, is designed exclusively for “Venture North Aviation” students! Enjoy a clean, modern living space for socializing and studying with other students. 310Aviation is a student and instructor favorite at VNA, hosting students at far cheaper rate than anywhere in town without sacrificing comfort. 310Aviation is designed by pilots, for pilots. We have hosted countless students from ones doing the 5-day COM, all the way up to students doing the 3 month PPL-CFII

The space
This home offers a balance of privacy and community, with each resident having their own private keypad-locked bedroom, which includes a full-sized bed, nightstand, and desk for studying. Guests will also share the common areas, including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Equipped with high-speed “Starlink” Wi-Fi, free parking on property, free to use washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with all the essentials to cook your own meals. Located just 10 minutes from the airport in a small, quiet, neighborhood in Cloquet. It’s the perfect home base for your aviation training.

Other things to note
The reason you have to "request" your stay is that we only take Venture North students and instructors, so it is a means of filtering out anyone not in that group. Note that booking through Airbnb is available, or text me directly at the phone number listed on the last image, or listed in the Venture North handout under “places to stay”
