Comfortable cabin close to the drop to Moinho with its bucolic country life, and less explored Waterfalls. Close to the city, yet quiet, this place offers the best of both worlds.
A thing to remember, there is an adobeconstruction on the deep side of the lot, but generally there is very little noise.
Cute little house with Mezzanine with very nice detailing. Heat isolated, cool on a hot day, breeze wafting from a forested hill, with large veranda. River São Bartolomeu passes at 50 mtrs. There is a separate car shade structure as well. 25m2 groundfloor with 15m2 mezzanine, there is room for your clothes and stuff upstairs, downstairs is a table, stools, small kitchen, and a big sofa reclinging relaxing bed, and a couchsofa. Spacious outdoor area with hammock. ( 65m2)
All spaces are acessible. Groundfloor is wheelchair acces friendly, you only need to remember the smaller acces door to the bathroom.
Interaction with guests
Usually i am around, but when i am not there, (in Brasilia) i can always give you advice through (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or put you in contact with a friend.
Other things to note
There is an adobe house construction on the deep side of the land, the person responsible is a long known person of trust of the family, and usually the construction is very quiet.
If you want to turn on or off the water for the entire house, there is a water entry point on the front left side of the gate. Behind is a valve, which you can open or close. Pls don't open the valve entirely, because of the high local water pressure.
You can use the WIFI antenna, and connect it with usb to your computer. Log on to the Caminho de Santiago point, with the code (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
