The space
This newly-built cottage is split into two wings, connected by a stunning glass-encased sunroom. The left wing is all about entertainment, featuring a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line amenities including an espresso station, a large island, and a dining table that seats 10. This space flows seamlessly into the expansive living area, where vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows provide uninterrupted views of the water. A grand fireplace anchors the living area, adding warmth and charm. Above the kitchen, a cozy loft awaits—a perfect retreat for enjoying a good book.

The right wing of the cottage is dedicated to rest, with 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms offering ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. The luxurious main bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring an oversized shower.

Step outside and experience resort-style living. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a BBQ, Green Egg, EVO grill and plenty of dining space to host outdoor meals. Relax on comfortable sofas by the fire table on the spacious deck while taking in the views. A gravel pathway leads to a fire pit area complete with Muskoka chairs, and a sitting platform perched above the water—perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets.

For those who love the water, the gradual sandy beach invites you to swim, or you can take out the kayaks and stand-up paddleboards provided with the rental. The dock also features cleats to tie a boat for those wishing to explore the waters.
