Located in beautiful Mt. Tabor. Each home is vintage mid-century. With wood floors, tiled kitchens and bathrooms. The location is fabulous. Restaurants, shopping and parks are close by. The close in location provides easy access to downtown via bike, bus or car.
The condo is cozy, 420 sq. ft and accommodates two in a queen size bed. There is a fold down sofa in the living room. It is smaller than a full but larger than a twin. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities to stay in and cook. New Season's grocery is just down the street for last minute items. The hallway closet fits all luggage and clothes, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is an iHome that is compatible with iPhones and all iPods. It also serves as a radio and alarm clock. Free WiFi is provided and can be accessed on a Sony television with internet capability or on your own devices.
The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner all Dove products.
These homes are considered self-housekeeping. You clean up after yourself, wash, dry and put away your dishes and take out the trash. The home must be returned to us in the condition that you received it in.
The condo is a pet friendly home. Preference given to crate trained pets, current on vaccinations and obedience trained. Please provide us with a complete description of your animal including breed, age and weight prior to booking your reservation. Please include a photo with your profile.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bed.
Guest should have Renter's Insurance with Canine Liability.
Children and pets are counted as guests when making a reservation.

We park on the street. Street parking is free and plentiful. Usually within one or two blocks.
We cannot accept third party reservations. Please do not place inquiries for friends or family unless you are staying with them.
Rates and availability are subject to change.
There is no pro-ration allowance for additional guests or partial stays. When adding a guest to your reservation you will be charged a guest fee for the entire stay for the total number of guests accepted regardless of each individual guest's length of stay. Please consider that before inviting others.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors or gatherings greater than the number of guests in the reservation. Please "take the party" elsewhere.
Host reserves the right to honor the Guest's reservation in the same plex in a different condo with the same amenities if it works out better for our calendar.
Interaction with guests
We meet our guests by appointment 3 - 10 pm. All guests must be present for check in with identification. During your stay we are available by telephone, e-mail or text 24/7.
No bicycle storage within the units. Please let us know if you are bringing a bike.
Observe appropriate noise levels for the time of day. For example no loud music at night.
This is a pet friendly unit. Pets must be pre-approved before booking.
Pets are considered Guests and must be included in the Guest count.
Two people and one dog = Three (3) Guests.
Pets must be obedience or crate trained and not allowed on furniture or in the beds. We love well behaved pets and owners who care for them. Please do not use our home as a kennel while you explore Portland. If your pet displays separation anxiety or barks excessively the owner will be responsible for finding lodging for the pet off premise. Pets must be accustomed to a community environment and be able to interact with other animals present on the property. Guest must vacuum before departure. We will provide a vacuum for your use.
Television is capable of internet access as well as Comcast programming. Please do not change settings for internet. If you need help please ask. We are available to assist you 24 hours per day.
No smoking on the property or burning anything in the unit including but not limited to incense, scented candles, herbs, spices, marijuana or tobacco. No vaporizing.
Guest agrees to abide by all written rules or verbal requests. Guest agrees to forfeit entire security deposit if they choose not to cooperate.
This home is self housekeeping and must be returned to us in the same condition that it was received.
Please show courtesy to our neighbors. No gatherings greater than the number of registered house guests. No visitors for any reason. Please do not invite others to our home. Take the party somewhere else.
Host reserves the right to move guest's reservation to another condo in the same complex if it is more advantageous to the host's schedule.
