BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT CONDO!!!

As close as you can get to the water's edge is where you will find this large modern Condo. With amazing floor to ceiling glass doors to open up the entire space you feel as though you are living on top of the water. The Large master suite has a king bed with large walk-in closet and the bathroom boasts a shower over looking the beach. The second Master suite also has a king bed, private balcony and private bathroom.

The space

Our condo is on the 5th floor of a 6 story building. There are 12 units in total so this is truly a boutique style property. We are happy to help make your stay amazing by assisting in airport transportation, cooking and cleaning service. The condo is 280 sq/mtrs with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. It is truly indoor/outdoor living at its finest! There are 2 king and 1 queen beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. You can walk into town in 5 minutes.

Guest access

The entire condo is yours during your stay. In addition the pool is often quiet (depending on travel dates) so you often can have it all to yourselves.

Interaction with guests

I am available via phone or email at anytime during your stay to ensure your needs are met. I can communicate with the staff for scheduling cooking and cleaning. I generally ask that you call on our phone upon arrival so I can post out features etc.

PUNTA VISTA 1 RENTERS AGREEMENT
(December 2016)


As a condition of renting a condominium at Punta Vista 1 (PV1) the principle renter must read and sign the following agreement. This agreement will be provided to property manager minimum 15 days in advance of renter arrival.


This agreement is to ensure that both renters and owners fully enjoy the PV1 experience and that renters are made aware of condo policies that, as renters, they are
expected to adhere. PV1 is a boutique complex. The privacy
and enjoyment of both renters and owners is paramount.

1. There is no smoking in any common spaces at PV1 including but not limited to front lobby, stair-ways, pool , and elevator.

2. All condo rentals at PV1 are limited to 6 guests. The names and ages, of all renters should be provided below

4. Pool and common areas are for the exclusive use of renters. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

5. While individual owners will have their own rental agreements it is the policy of PV1 that renters are not permitted to host events or parties for outside guests.

6. Renters agree to follow pool policies listed outside elevator at pool level.

7. Renters are not permitted pets.

8. The pool is for enjoyment of all guests and owners for this reason we ask that music be limited to headphones. No speakers are permitted around pool or other common areas.

9. PV1 has limited sun cots. If required due to high occupancy levels units may be limited to 2 sun cots. Please be neighborly and share when supply is limited.

10. Pool furniture and umbrellas cannot leave the property or be taken down to the beach. Owners or renters must have personal beach chairs and umbrellas. In addition no personal furniture is permitted around the pool.

11. In order to allow for the quiet enjoyment by all, please keep noise and music down to a reasonable level. Before 9:00 am and after 10:00 pm please ensure music volume is brought down or turned off. So to allow others to sleep.

12. Lastly, please ensure that the owner has provided you with emergency contacts and any information you require to enjoy your stay. The staff at PV1 are very helpful, and will do what they can to help you, but they are not here to serve individual renters. Any needs you may have should be handled by the owner from whom you have rented or a contact they have provided. In the case of an emergency there is 24 hour security on site.

13. Each unit is furnished with additional building policies and guidelines. In signing this agreement you agree to follow them.

If you are like us you will be totally at home in our condo! We wake up to the sunrise and watch it slowly sink into the hills every night! Our view has been compared to being on a cruise...you feel like there is just water below. We love that we can walk out our door and surf, and take long walks on one of Mexico's best beaches.
