You’ll love my place because it's in San telmo area. A great historic, fun and safe area. Close to means of transportation (buses, subway station)., restaurants, discos, museums, puerto madero, universities, parque lezama (2 blocks away), supermarkets, etc.. My place is good for solo adventurers.
Dog is not included and won't be in the apt. during your stay.
I'll be away from 9-29 th of July and would love to find someone to stay in my apt for a really affordable price on the condition that this person accepts the house rules, looks after the apt. as if it was his/hers. Parties or smoking are not allowed.
You'll have access to all the areas since you'll be alone in the apartment. It's not shared with anyone else. You are also welcome to ask me any questions you may have about the apt. or me before booking it.

I'll be available to you through / email.
San Telmo is the barrio that lies six blocks from Plaza de Mayo, bounded to the north and south by the Microcentro and La Boca, and to the east and west by Puerto Madero and Avenida 9 de Julio. It’s the oldest barrio in Buenos Aires.
Today San Telmo reflects all of this history while continuing to move forward. It’s part tourist trap, part Bohemian enclave, part rough-and-tumble inner-city suburb, and part tango center…all of which makes it a pretty interesting place to stay, live, or even just visit.
Nightlife and restaurants:
Bars and restaurants abound in this part of town.
The apt. is located 3 blocks away from Parque Lezama, a big supermarket, a laundry, 6 blocks from Plaza dorrego and 8 from puerto madero.
At the corner, you'll find bus stops which take you to downtown in 15 mins and 6 blocks away, there's a subway station.
