We are very clear in the description that this a student residence and a place for young people. When asked we open exceptions.
I bent over backwards to ensure that Manu's brother had a good stay, and went to the point of helping on things outside the scope of the lodging - he asked for advice on property and I gave very solid advice and even volunteered to show him around and help.
I gave him my private phone number and received only one call because his toilet paper ran out. Even though this is not a hotel, I provided the toilet paper.
When the room was delivered it was in *PERFECT* cleaning condition - I checked it personally. We don't offer daily cleaning as this is not a hotel and this is clear in the description. We do provide weekly cleaning for guests staying longer. Please understand the difference between booking a hotel or renting a room on airbnb.
It's very disappointing with the hard work, and the very affordable prices we practice to get an unfair review like yours. Your bother and his wife had a private suite in the city center with access to great common areas, for 4 nights, for 27€/night! The hostel next door charges 17€ for a bed in a 6 person dorm. To not even appreciate the value offered is sad.
Some people don't understand airbnb and this creates a problem for those in the community that enjoy a different service.
Please use a hotel next time, Manu.
