Casa sem Porta is not just a holiday home; it's a dream come true. ♥
Designed entirely by myself, every detail was chosen to give it soul.
With an industrial style, it combines polished concrete, black iron, and wood. As a textile artist, I created the décor and several functional pieces. It has a great atmosphere and is comfortable all year round.
Just as the house is special, I want the relationship with guests to be as well—I hope you appreciate, respect, and wish to return.

The space
You enter through the back, via the patio, which is equipped with two armchairs, a picnic table for meals, and, during the warm months with little chance of rain, an outdoor sofa with large cushions. Depending on the season, a large sunshade will be installed, or a parasol will be available.
A small fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, and the living room share the same space.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed.
There are two bathrooms, one is a full bathroom with a shower.
The mezzanine is a workspace with a sofa, a desk, and a high chair.

Please note that there is no cable television, only digital terrestrial TV (TDT). However, with the smart TV, you can access most of your streaming channels.

Although Casa sem Porta is set back from the sea, it is very close to Largo Marquês de Pombal, and the local beaches are within walking distance.

There is a new mini-market just around the corner.

The area is usually quieter than the village center. However, there is currently a lot of construction work going on all over, particularly in the block where the Casa sem Porta is located. So, there may be some noise during working hours. The construction stops in the late afternoon and on weekends.

Guest access
In July and August the house is only rented by the week, check-ins/check-outs being on Fridays.

Whenever possible, I’ll be happy to accommodate your preferred check-in and/or check-out times. Just talk to me.

The entire house is accessible to guests except for one cupboard in the kitchen and the storage room.

Other things to note
Please take good care of the house, and if anything breaks or gets damaged, let me know as soon as possible.

Be extremely careful not to lose the keys, as it may take quite a long time before we’re able to open the door for you. Additionally, the locks would have to be replaced, which involves high costs.
So, I recommend that whenever no one is at home, you always leave the keys in the self check-in lockbox, making sure to lock everything beforehand.

I live 200 km away, so handling issues remotely is not easy and may take time.
