This energizing and sunny apartment is located near the beach with a domiant view over the sea, from the south to the west.

This 70 m² flat is perfect for a large family or a group of friends.

Two interconnected sleeping rooms, a large bathroom and a small sleeping room with its own toilet & lavabo can host till 8 persons.

Only 100 m from the beach i.e. 2 min walk from the playful and cheerful beach to the quiet of the flat!

The space
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the villa, built on a 1800 m² parcel located on a small cape in Privlaka.
The villa is divided into 5 apartments of different size, each with its own personality.

The Green Lemon apartment has a "parent " bedroom connected to a 2nd sleeping ) and both rooms have access to the large bathroom with shower.
You have to go through the 2nd bedroom to have access to the terrace.

A 3rd small sleeping room with its own toilet and lavabo can also be used on the other side of the flat.

The kitchen with fridge (freezer), microwave oven, coffee maker is in the middle of the apartement. A double sofa bed and TV are also in the kitchen.

The owner, her son or her daughter or at least the caretaker will be present.

The village of Privlaka is located 3 km from Vir
, 3 km from Nin, Zaton 5 km and 17 km from Zadar.
From Zadar, several excursions are organized daily to the natural parks of Kornati (islands) and the Plitvice (Lakes).
In the village: small supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher, a pharmacy and a medical office are also available.

Guest access
A pergola with barbecue is available in the garden, as well as crockery, cutlery and sink so that you don't have to carry the dishes from the apartment to the pergola and vice-versa.

The beaches are only frequented by people from the neighborhood (about twenty houses).
The sea is shallow for several dozen meters, which is reassuring for children.
The sea water is crystal clear.
A public promenade has been built along the beach all around the cape: so you can walk or cycle to the village for an ice cream or a pizza.
