The closets are mostly empty, and hangers are available.
The kitchen has kitchenware, e.g. pots, pans, utensils.

your arrival. Keycode is changed after every guest departs.
The house will comfortably support four guests. Additional guests are $29 each. There is a queen sized Aerobed that can be setup in the living room, and it will sleep two guests.

Interaction with guests
Guests will have my phone number if needed. I'm usually in town, and would be glad to greet you when you arrive. But if I'm not, you'll have my phone number.
Other things to note
Toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and cleaning supplies for the bathroom are located under the bathroom sink.
There is a hair dryer, along with extra washclothes and hand towels in the bathroom cabinet drawer.
I expect little things to happen, and I know accidents do happen but please help me get you that 5 star rating at the end of your stay ;)
I am a pretty chill guy and it is my intent for you to have a good time staying at my property, just please respect my property as if it was your parents (or your in-laws :P) and pay extra attention to the following:
-Do not eat in the living room, bedroom, bathroom. It invites pests and stains the furniture, carpet walls and mirrors.
-Do not place wet towels on the wood furniture (yes, I’ve had guests do that; checkout the wood chest that I brought from Pakistan during my Navy days).
-If you have multiple bags of trash, please dispose of them in the garbage (located in my neighbor’s driveway near my gate). Do not leave them on the deck outside.
-Please keep the kitchen countertops free of food crumbs that invite pests.
-Wash your dishes before you leave.
-Smoking is allowed on the outside patio only. Please dispose of the butts in the trash and do not throw them in the banana trees.
-If you run out of toilet paper, do not use paper towels! I supply one roll for every day that you’re here. If you need more, please ask!
-Do not leave the AC running if you’re not here. $75 fine (I usually come by to collect mail, put the garbage out, etc, without disturbing you).
-If you break something, please let me know and leave the amount that you think that it would cost to replace (i.e. glasses, bowls, dishes, etc, usually in the $3-$5 dollar range).
-You’re welcome to use the printer, as I’ve provided it for your convenience. However, printer ink is expensive, so please leave .15 cents per page in the container above the printer.
-Keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m. I have a good relationship with my neighbors and I’d like to keep it that way.
-Only use the supplies as needed, and do not take multiple rolls of toilet paper and other supplies when you checkout.
-Please be considerate when cooking certain foods (fish, cabbage, etc.). Guests arriving after you will notice if you’ve fried fish during your stay! Please grill fish or other pungent foods outside.
-Do not “accidentally” pack my expensive steak knives in your luggage.
-No pets please!
-Absolutely no parties hosted at the property. Maximum people in the property at once must not exceed the amount of people booked for plus 4 visitors
-Only registered guests can sleep over , by booking you acknowledge that any unregistered guests will cause you charges billed to your deposit of $29 per night per extra person. if you plan on meeting someone in town please adjust the booking accordingly beforehand!
-Have fun =)
