Coming to VT with a large group? We have beds for 8 and couches or floor space. We are 3 miles to downtown Burlington and 40 minutes to Stowe and Montpelier. Affordable, clean, not fancy. Use us as a home base for your VT adventure!

The space

Our house would be great for a large group coming to VT for a wedding or other event. We have 4 bedrooms and beds for 8 people. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and 1 is downstairs. We could sleep 9-10 if someone wants to sleep on the couch or floor in the living room, or on the three season porch.
Master bedroom-queen bed, half bath
Green room - double bed, dresser, closet space
Blue room - double bed, closet space
Full bathroom - upstairs hallway
Downstairs office room - double bed
Half bathroom - downstairs

There is only 1 shower, however our new, very efficient boiler means the hot water won't run out.

Our house is not for you if you are afraid of retro mis-matched wallpaper and unfinished drywall, or if you require granite countertops. Our countertops are not granite, our appliances do not match.

Our house is for you if you are coming to VT for adventure and need a clean, un-fancy place to sleep, a kitchen that works and plenty of space for a large group, including parking.

Jessica's place was sweet! All the kinds of wallpaper (can't wait to see the renovations) ping pong, and a turtle. The location was the best. Right off the highway and easy to get downtown! Super nice people and super responsive!

This house and the garden that is out front are just awesome! We found the kitchen super well equipped, the beds really comfortable, the garden impressive and the house was very very clean. It is a very easy drive to get into downtown Burlington and very easy to hop on the highway. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet too and the grocery store is right around the corner. So, we could not have been happier with our experience. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The home is spacious and cozy, well fit for our group of 10. Encouraged to make ourselves at home and harvest the robust garden, we were able to cook at "home" in between wedding activities. So close to downtown so getting around was easy. Jessica is a gracious host who responds very quickly and had all questions answered in a welcome kit - along with a sweet treat from local purveyors. We didn't want to leave!!!! Thank you Jessica, I hope your travels were fun and I highly recommend this home and host!!

My husband and I have lived in VT for the last 13 years. I am a teacher and he is a winemaker. We also have an extensive vegetable garden and a pet turtle - Vern. We have slowly been remodeling our house and our happy to provide an affordable, comfortable place for people to stay.
