Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home just a 15-minute drive from Aalborg city center.
The villa is located on a quiet residential street just up from football pitches, playgrounds, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
The villa has a large entrance hall with access to the children's room and guest room. From there, you enter a hallway that leads you to 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with access to the terrace, a children's room, large bedroom and office.
Everything is newly renovated and nice.

We have 2 cats

The space
Welcome to a large family house of 211 sqm. You enter directly into the utility room where there is access to the washing machine + dryer as well as the children's and guest bathroom. From here, you enter a hallway that leads you to the rest of the house. There is a large kitchen with access to the terrace and garden. A small bathroom. Children's room. Large bathroom with bathtub and 2 showers. An office. Large bedroom. From May, there is a large fitness room with treadmill, rowing machine, dumbbells and other fitness equipment. There is underfloor heating throughout the house as well as heat recovery. All lights and smoke alarms are controlled by Google and the lights must be switched on via your voice. In the kitchen, you get boiling water from the tap by pressing twice down and to the side (cooker).
We have 2 cats that will be present during your stay. They should preferably be locked out for the night, otherwise they might wake you up.

Other things to note
We have 2 cats (Basse and Pjevse) who will be there during your stay. They're used to being both indoors and outdoors. It's a good idea to let them out before you go to bed, otherwise they'll go out during the night. Likewise, they should be let out if you are away for more than 6 hours at a time as we do not have a litter box (toilet) for them. Their food is in the utility room as well as in the kitchen.
