Keith's place was simply amazing. We were a party of 11 and couldn't have had a better time. The living room, kitchen and back yard are big enough for everyone to hangout together. And the house is big enough for everyone to have privacy. The beach, lighthouse, rentals, and places to eat are all walking distance. Keith also sent a very detailed list right before our trip, which answered all our questions. I definitely recommend this place to large parties who want to spend great time together in a beautiful place.

This house is a gem! We strayed here for 3 days in April. We lucked out with one very warm day, but the house is so cozy and nice and family-friendly that we enjoyed the cooler days hanging around as well! They have some toys and games for the kids. Great beach toys outside. Beautiful view and lovely landscape. We would definitely come back with a larger group. It can easily accommodate a few families given all the bedrooms and bunk beds. Would be a fun holiday with friends! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family reunion - with grandparents, nieces, nephew, sisters. This house is so charming! The layout is perfect for feeding a large group. The double parlor was perfect as the kids occupied one and the adults could have some time alone. The patio and the view of the pond is one of the best features. I took so many pictures of the vista - in he morning and afternoon light. Thanks to great hosts Keith and Linda.

We went to Chatham with a group of friends this past weekend and stayed at this property. It was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect! It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The home is conveniently located and we were able to walk down to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Keith and Linda were great and very responsive from the beginning of the process to the end. I would HIGHLY recommend this house!!
