About this listing

My house is in one of the most sought after areas of Norwich, it is close to the city centre - a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus journey, we face a large park with plenty of space for children to play . Just a short stroll away is Whitlingham Broads and the ski slope, or you can join the bypass and be at the beach in 30 minutes (by car). You don't need a car due to the easy and regular bus route (£2.60 return to the city) and there is a big supermarket near the bus station in the city centre.

The space

Lovely house dates 1895, in a conservation area. We face a large park and we have allotment behind us so it is leafy and quiet.

Interaction with guests

I won't be around , but I will make sure someone is here to meet you.

Other things to note

I have a cat - she is very friendly, she is called Molly and spends most of her time outside. Normally I have a neighbour feed her unless you would rather do it yourself and have more privacy - she is fed in the small conservatory.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had a wonderful experience being able to easily converse with Sophie. The location was absolutely perfect, with that and the boy's bedroom, both of my boys were wonderfully catered for (with room for another, or maybe two at a pinch). The parking isn't perfect, but I managed to get a space outside of the house on most nights. The village is wonderful and quiet, whilst still being close enough to the big shops should you need them.

A lovely house in a lovely spot just outside of Norwich centre in Trowse village. All very attractively decorated and very homely with period features. A garden which is not fully fenced means you wouldn't let your young kids out there alone, but more than made up for by the large playing field and playground just over the road. A really good option for a break away in Norwich.

I am in my late 30's, I have three boys, currently aged 10, 7 and 6. We love to travel, due to family we tend to stick to France but they have also been to Australia and Morocco. I like to cook and see beautiful places - and food is very important to me. I have my own business of a yoga center and cafe. My husband is a yoga teacher and loves to explore new places and meet new people.
