New, fully renovated, modern, cozy, and well located studio in Leblon. Ideal for people seeking comfort, a prime location, and walking distance to everything. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, metro, and close to all shops, including bars, restaurants, gyms, Leblon Shopping Mall, and the famous Dias Ferreira Street. Building with swimming pool, gym, laundry and 24 hour reception, plus a free parking space.

The space
Super nice and quiet studio with a comfortable queen size bed, double sofa bed, closets, powerful air conditioning, a 50 inch Smart TV, blackout curtains, a dining table, and plenty of outlets. It also features a charming balcony overlooking the pool. High speed internet access is available. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower with good pressure. The kitchen is equipped with a minibar, cooktop, microwave, Nespresso machine and various utensils.
