For the comfort of our guests, the apartment includes:

- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes, and utensils;

- Dining area with table and chairs;

- 1 bathroom (en suite); NOTE: The bidet shower in the bathroom was removed due to technical issues and will not be reinstalled.

- Spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and city views;

- Common areas of the building with: barbecue area, gym, sauna, massage space, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, coworking space, library, and kitchen;

- Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra linens and towels are available for an additional charge through Seazone);
